Late Policy

Appointments will be cancelled after 15m if you have not contacted your service provider and the deposit is non refundable. If your service provider still chooses to take you, a minimum $25 late fee will be added to your final bill. Please note each provider can enforce this rule how they please and charge their own late fee amount. ​

 

Available Appointments

Calendar opens on the 15th for the following month. Read services carefully, some providers calendars are open for availability, but there is a price increase for certain days. Please book all services desired as some services cannot be added last minute due to time constraints. ​

 

Booking Multiple Appointments

If you book multiple appointments (i.e. loc maintenance and haircut, loc maintenance and color) and you no longer wish to keep one of the services, you will need to cancel the service you no longer wish to have at least 24hours in advance, 48 hours in advance for color. Failure to do so will result in the deposit for that service being kept or you will owe for half of the unwanted service if a deposit wasn't paid.​

 

Before and After Hours Pricing

BARBER SERVICES starting prices $70 on Mondays, $100 Sundays. LOC SERVICES Monday $45 additional to scheduled service to come in on off day, Tuesday through Saturday $35 additional to scheduled service for before/after hours, Sunday $50 additional, before/after hours. ​

 

Erica's Policies

Books open the 15th for following month. Hours: Tuesday 10:30-5, Wednesday 10:30-5, Thursday 7-4, Friday 7-3:30, Saturday 7-noon & one Monday a month. Appointments booked outside of those time frames will incur a before/after hours fee. ALL Microlocs/Sisterlock transfer clients will need a consultation and appointments have to start at 7am if booked on Saturday otherwise the appointment will be cancelled. If you pick the incorrect service, only the time booked will be serviced.
